answer text
The Land Industrial Strategy Objectives Framework (LISOF) constitutes a common, consistent decision-making framework at key influence points in the Army’s equipment acquisition lifecycle to embed a broader definition of value. These five pillars of the LISOF are sub-divided into 19 objectives as shown in Figure 3 (page 27) of the published Land Industrial Strategy and reflect the outcomes sought. The LISOF is not a prescriptive checklist but is to be tailored to each specific procurement – not all 19 LISOF objectives will necessarily apply in every case.
more like this

answer text
The Department is working with Ofgem and network companies to help improve the network connection process, for example through making advice and information clearer for customers. Ofgem also published a call for evidence, in November 2019, to gain a better understanding of the number, location and characteristics of off-grid households. It is available at https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/publications-and-updates/call-evidence-households-not-connected-electricity-distribution-network. Ofgem is currently considering the responses.
more like this
