The Prime Minister must appoint a person who holds or has held high judicial office, and the candidate must be recommended jointly by the Lord Chancellor, (b) the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, (c) the Lord President of the Court of Session, and (d) the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.</p><p>Section 227(5) of the Act provides that the Prime Minster must consult with Scottish Ministers before making the appointment. On 6 June, I summoned the Sudanese Ambassador to the UK to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to express our grave concerns at the use of violence against civilians by the Sudanese authorities and to call for the resumption of negotiations that lead to the peaceful handing over of power to civilian leadership. That is why the Government introduced Pension Wise, a service provided by the Money and Pensions Service (MAPS) that offers everyone aged 50 and over who has a defined contribution pension, free and impartial guidance on their range of available choices at retirement.</p><p> </p><p>The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) found in its Retirement Outcomes Review in 2018 that consumer engagement in the retirement market is low and there are low levels of shopping around. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2019 answer text <p>The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the regulator of pensions decumulation products, including drawdown products.</p><p> </p><p>The FCA conducted the Retirement Outcomes Review into the retirement income market, publishing the final report in 2018. The final report particularly focused on investment choices and charges in drawdown. As a result of its findings, it is introducing or consulting on a number of remedies to protect consumers from poor outcomes and promote competition in the market. These include the introduction of investment pathways and a requirement for consumers entering drawdown to receive clearer information on charges. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2019 answer text <p>The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is responsible for the enforcement of unlicensed vehicles and is able to clamp or remove an unlicensed vehicle if it is seen on a public road.</p><p> </p><p>A vehicle that is causing an obstruction, is likely to cause damage or is broken down or abandoned without lawful authority can be dealt with by the police as they have the necessary powers to remove them. Local authorities can also remove abandoned, dangerous and unsafely parked vehicles using powers contained in the Cleaner Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2006.
