The final elements of IT functionality will be delivered in the late autumn and further trader migration will take place over the course of a year, completing late 2020. answer text <p>The National Crime Agency (NCA) works in partnership with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) when operating in Northern Ireland, including through the Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF), a multi-agency effort to protect the communities of Northern Ireland by tackling all forms of criminality linked to paramilitarism.</p><p>In the last 12-month period (July 2018 – June 2019) NCA-led activity has led to three arrests and seven convictions in Northern Ireland.</p><p>Convictions are not necessarily linked to arrests in the same period as the individuals convicted may have been arrested in a previous reporting period.</p> more like this

answer text <p>In October 2018, the then Prime Minister announced a package of measures that will be rolled out across the country with the aim of seeing three quarters of all cancers detected at an early stage by 2028 (currently just over half). The plan will radically overhaul screening programmes, provide new investment in state of the art technology to transform the process of diagnosis, and boost research and innovation. This follows on from publication in 2015 of the independent Cancer Taskforce’s Cancer Strategy for England which set out a vision of what cancer patients should expect from the health service, including effective prevention.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Evidence suggests that multidisciplinary footcare teams (MDFTs) play a major role in a good diabetes footcare pathway and can significantly reduce amputations and subsequently the financial burden of diabetic foot disease.</p><p>The NHS Long Term Plan includes a commitment to “ensure that all hospitals in future provide access to MDFTs and diabetes inpatient specialist nursing teams to improve recovery and to reduce lengths of stay and future readmission rates”.</p><p>Since April 2017 NHS England has made £26 million available through the diabetes transformation funding to put in place 41 new or expanded MDFTs, reducing the risk of people with ulcers or other diabetes foot disease from having an amputation.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Enterprise Zones act as a driving force for growth in local economies as they unlock key development sites, consolidate infrastructure, attract business and create jobs across 48 locations within England.</p><p> </p><p>Government has provided a range of funding and other incentives for Enterprise Zones, including a £120 million ‘Building Foundations for Growth’ grant fund to accelerate development in Enterprise Zones, a five year tax relief for businesses and simplified planning processes.</p><p> </p><p>LEPs have utilised proportions of their Growth Deal programmes to support development in their Enterprise Zones.</p><p> </p><p>The ability to retain business rates locally for 25 years allows LEPs to borrow against predicted income which provides a sustainable funding model to support improvements required in the Enterprise Zone as well as in the wider local economy.</p> more like this
