answer text <p>The Secretary of State has received a number of requests for him to call in the planning applications for the development of Rivenhall Integrated Waste Facility. As is normal practice, he will consider the planning issues raised by the applications in the light of call in policy if Essex County Council resolves to approve them. The comments you make will be taken into a consideration. In the meantime, it would not be appropriate for me to comment on the proposals. answer text <p>The Government’s National Shipbuilding Strategy was clear that for reasons of national security warships must be built in the UK.</p><p>Fleet solid support ships do not fall under the National Shipbuilding Strategy definition of a warship. All non-Warships are procured through international competition to secure best value for money.</p><p>We have encouraged UK shipyards to participate in the competition and have been pleased with the positive engagement so far.</p> more like this

Last year we published a new Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy setting out measures to further improve the mental health of the Armed Forces. Earlier this year we commissioned a new 24/7 Mental Health Helpline for serving personnel and their families from Combat Stress, linking into its existing service for veterans.</p> more like this

Measuring poverty is complex, and this report offers further insight into that complexity and the additional measures that can be taken into consideration. answer text <p>The Heart Age Test offers advice on lifestyle changes that help reduce people’s risk of heart attack and stroke and which can improve overall health and wellbeing, and has strong clinical and academic support.</p><p> </p><p>As of September 2018, the Heart Age Test had been completed over 1.9 million times. In 2016, a British Medical Journal open paper was published, which analysed the first 500,000 test completions. The paper noted that estimated heart age was higher than chronological age for 79% of users, and that demographic and risk factor profiles resembled the population of England.</p><p> </p><p>Public Health England is currently leading an evaluation of the September 2018 Heart Age Test campaign. The evaluation will assess reach and recognition of the campaign as well as extent to which the campaign acted as a prompt to use the Heart Age Test.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Ensuring justice for the victims of the South Sudan conflict and ensuring that those responsible are held accountable is vital in order to achieve sustainable, long term peace. As part of the revised peace agreement signed on 12 September, parties re-committed to several transitional justice mechanisms, including the establishment of the Hybrid Court with the support of the African Union (AU).
