answer text <p>The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) received a Red Book Valuation in August 2015 for the Bowring Sports Club Ground and exchanged contracts in December 2015 subject to planning approval. The ESFA is still in the process of seeking planning approval therefore the acquisition of the site has not yet been completed.</p> more like this
