I did so personally during my visit to Israel and subsequently.</p><p>In all but the most exceptional of circumstances demolitions and evictions are contrary to International Humanitarian Law. It works across the country to deliver development outcomes such as public employment programmes, access to water and sanitation, and local capacity building through a community-led approach.</p><p> </p><p>DFID is providing £34.48 million to the Fund over three years (2018-2021), including £11.48 million this financial year. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/10/2019 answer text <p>The UK is committed to supporting countries to achieve the Global Goals, including working actively with countries to help raise and manage public revenues, and thereby to invest in their public services and infrastructure.</p><p> </p><p>In February 2019 we announced a new £47 million package of support to assist developing countries in strengthening their tax systems. This package will provide technical assistance and capacity building support through a number of partners. It will also help contribute to economic growth by helping to tackle tax avoidance and evasion, and by creating a more level playing field for businesses. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/10/2019 answer text <p>DFID works closely with partner Governments to promote sustainable fishing practices, helping to reduce the impacts of illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing in West Africa and across the world.</p><p> </p><p>As part of our commitment to protecting the global environment, the Government has provided £250 million in funding to the Global Environment Facility’s 7<sup>th</sup> replenishment (2018-2022), which helps strengthen the management of fisheries and marine-protected areas.</p><p> </p><p>DFID provides a core contribution to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation, which supports countries in sustainable fisheries management. We work closely with the Global Polio Eradication Initiative through engagement at regular governance meetings as well as working with a wide range of other stakeholders including in encouraging others to provide financial support.</p><p> </p><p>We engage closely with parliamentarians through the International Development Committee and All-Party Parliamentary Group on Immunisations to raise awareness and support for continued financing and support to countries at high risk of polio outbreaks. We have pressed for any movement to be safe, voluntary and informed, and for strong protection safeguards and measures to be part of any relocation plan. We have insisted that humanitarian aid assistance should be provided independently of movements and of any relocation plan.
