answer text <p>We have laid regulations that mean that from April 2018 all private domestic and non-domestic landlords will need to ensure that their properties reach at least an EPC E rating before granting a tenancy to new or existing tenants. The fuel poverty target also commits the government to ensuring that as many fuel poor households as is reasonably practicable achieve a minimum energy efficiency rating of Band C by 2030.</p> more like this
