answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/07/2018 answer text <p>The Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park is a joint venture between the public and private sectors, led by Legacy Park Ltd with partners Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Hallam University and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It aims to be a model of social inclusion bringing new jobs and communities together. For example, the National Centre for Sports and Exercise Medicine Sheffield, which opened in September 2015, brings together clinical services, sport and exercise specialists and health professionals to make it easier for physical activity to become part of the treatment for a range of chronic health conditions. This model has delivered a more efficient and effective service for staff and patients and increased capacity to deal with musculoskeletal problems by 50%. It has also delivered significant improvements in National Health Service staff health and wellbeing through the workplace wellness programme. The current estimate for costs associated to the name change will be no more than £1,000.</p><p> </p><p>Stationery, such as business cards and headed paper, will only be changed when stock is used up.</p><p> </p><p>Signage in the Department’s London headquarters is digital only. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2017 answer text <p>National Health Service trusts and foundation trusts are required to follow the advice within HM Treasury’s ‘Managing Public Money’ which sets out that they are expected to include a clause in their contracts requiring payment of suppliers and the supply chain within 30 days. The Department’s standard ‘NHS Terms and conditions’ for use by NHS trusts and foundation trusts reiterate these terms when procuring goods and services from suppliers.</p><p> </p><p>The Department of Health Group’s own Manual for Accounts sets out that NHS bodies must disclose their compliance with the Better Practice Payment Code target (to pay at least 95% of invoices, both for NHS and non-NHS suppliers within 30 days of receipt of an invoice) and detail their performance in their annual reports. The NHS Provider Regulator (NHS Improvement) has also raised awareness of compliance with the Code through its official monthly bulletin.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is clear that we do not expect providers to delay paying their suppliers to improve their cash position.
