answer text <p>As part of the consultation process undertaken in 2020 and 2022, we updated the Branded medicines: statutory scheme. Under the 2014 Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme where such a requirement was in place, no companies were found to have exceeded the margin of tolerance in 2017 or 2018.</p>
