To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to his Department's policy paper entitled Consideration of inadmissibility claims under the Migration and Economic Development Partnership, published on 14 February 2024, how many and what proportion of individuals who arrived in the UK on or after 1 January 2022 that received a notice of intent prior to 29 June 2023 remain in scope for removal to Rwanda as of 19 February 2024; and what the cost to the public purse has been of providing asylum accommodations to those individuals in that period.

<p>The Home Office publishes data on asylum and resettlement quarterly in the <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/immigration-statistics-quarterly-release" target="_blank">Immigration system statistics quarterly release - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)</a>. Data on cases considered under inadmissibility rules can be found in table Asy_09a of the <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/655b38a5046ed400148b9ba1/asylum-summary-sep-2023-tables.ods" target="_blank">asylum and resettlement summary tables</a>.</p><p>A breakdown of proposed removal destinations provided to those receiving a Notice of Intent is not currently available.</p>
