answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/11/2022 answer text <table><tbody><tr><td><p>In line with the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 and the Model Contract for Special Advisers, a Special Adviser's appointment automatically terminates following a change of Administration; when their appointing Minister leaves office; or in the event of a General Election. Between 29 June and 9 November 2022, the employment contracts of four Special Advisers in the Attorney General’s Office were automatically terminated following the cessation of their appointing Minister’s tenure in the department. The annex supports investigators in making more refined decisions about what material is necessary to provide to the CPS unredacted, and to make proportionate decisions regarding when personal information must be redacted.
