<p>The Belfast/Good Friday Agreement contains safeguards to protect the rights of all sections of the community. The Agreement also requires domestic <del class="ministerial">implication</del> <ins class="ministerial">incorporation </ins>of the ECHR into Northern Ireland law which is enacted through the Human Rights Act 1998.</p>
