<p><del class="ministerial">The Home Office collects and publishes information on
the ethnicity of police officers, in the ‘Police Workforce, England and Wales’ statistical
bulletin.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">As at 31 March 2019, 7% of police officers
in England and Wales were from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.</del></p><p><ins
