<p>The Home Office collects and routinely publishes information on how notifiable
crimes that have been reported to and recorded by the police in England and Wales
have been resolved.</p><p><br>Since April 2013, when the Home Office introduced a
new outcomes framework, greater transparency has been provided on how all notifiable
crimes recorded by the police have been resolved.</p><p><br>Prior to this information
on how notifiable crimes recorded by the police were resolved was limited to those
cases resulting in a formal or informal criminal justice outcome.</p><p><br>Published
