They would instead have to comply with whatever licensing or other requirements each EU country imposes.</p><p>In preparation for this eventuality, the Government has published a technical notice setting out information on the potential loss of the European Firearms Pass, to allow UK businesses and citizens to make informed plans and preparations.</p><p>There would be no weakening of the UK’s firearms controls.
