The revised paper form is currently being prepared for testing, to ensure it is compatible with the scanners used by the NHS Business Services Authority.</p><p> </p><p>The revised form will be introduced at the earliest opportunity. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/07/2019 answer text <p>The average waiting time for transgender people aged under 18 years old and over 18 years in each of the last 12 months is not centrally available.</p><p>NHS England currently has contracts in place with seven National Health Service trusts for the delivery of gender dysphoria services for individuals from 17 years of age (Newcastle; Leeds; Sheffield; Nottingham; Northampton; London; Exeter) and with two NHS trusts for the delivery of services for children and adolescents up to 18 years of age (Leeds; London). The young person’s service would not usually accept a referral for someone who is shortly due to turn 18 years. If this is the case, the service would generally recommend referring to an adult service instead. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/07/2019 answer text <p>Since April 2017, NHS Improvement collects vacancy rates of medical staff from individual National Health Service providers and publish them as part of its ‘Quarterly performance of the NHS provider sector’ report. The vacancy data is published for three staff groups; doctors, nurses and ‘other staff’. This is a vacancy rate of 11.1%. There are 40,300 nursing and midwifery temporary staff (bank and agency) who are used to fill in these vacancies as well as short and long-term sickness absence and maternity leave.</p><p>Skills for Care estimates that in 2017/18, there are over 4,400 vacant registered nursing jobs in social care.
