Through a multi-donor trust fund called ZIMFUND, DFID has, since 2010, supported the rehabilitation of water supply infrastructure to improve waste water treatment capacity and water supply to some areas. The Prime Minister accepted that recommendation and announced Victoria Tower Gardens as the chosen location on 27 January 2016.
