The review made 154 recommendations – including the establishment of new statutory advance choice documents, so that people’s wishes and preferences carry far more legal weight.</p><p>We have accepted this recommendation.</p><p>The Government is currently considering the detailed recommendations of the review and will respond in due course. As part of this, there has already been engagement with employers a broad range of sectors.
