answer text <p>The Government is investing around £2 billion in cycling and walking over this Parliament, which is enabling local authorities across England to fund a large number of cycling and walking schemes, including safer routes to schools. The Department for Transport is also providing £50 million for the Bikeability programme over the same period, which is helping to provide hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren each year with the skills they need to cycle safely on the road.</p><p> </p> more like this
