Bullying or harassment is not tolerated at BEIS. BEIS is taking active steps where needed to address any issues, and is one of the best performing departments in government with regards to creating an inclusive culture, as highlighted by the cross-civil service people survey results.</p><p>Below are the figures for the number of bullying and/or harassment cases recorded against members of BEIS staff where advice and guidance was sought from our HR Casework Services team. Research on real-world boiler performance has been carried out to inform the representation of gas boilers in the government’s Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP). Further information can be found on the Building Research Establishment (BRE) website.
