Furniture must comply with the 1988 Furniture and Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations. These regulations are currently being reviewed.</p><p> </p><p>Insulation materials used in buildings must comply with the 2010 Building Regulations. MHCLG published in December 2018 a call for evidence starting a technical review of the Building Regulations’ guidance with regards to fire safety (Approved Document B). These obligations are effected in the UK through the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations. The issuance of CITES import, export and re-export permits is administered in the UK by the Animal and Plant Health Agency. They will work with other schools offering advice on ways to better manage behaviour using measures that have been effective in successful schools.</p><p> </p><p>Decisions on where these networks will be set up will be via an open application process to recruit suitable lead schools who can demonstrate their behaviour expertise and capacity to work with a small group of other schools to improve.
