answer text <p>Public Health England does not collect data on hospitalisations due to food poisoning.</p><p>Registered medical practitioners in England and Wales have a statutory duty to notify their local authority or local Health Protection Team of suspected cases of certain infectious diseases, including cases of suspected food poisoning. There is no requirement to provide information on whether cases are hospitalised.</p> more like this
