answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/03/2019 answer text <p>The criminal investigation into London Capital &amp; Finance Plc has only recently been announced by the Director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) who acts independently in making such decisions.</p><p> </p><p>It is not appropriate for me to provide a running commentary on a live criminal investigation or estimate when it will be completed. AirBnB publish an insights document every year, which looks at the platform’s impact on the tourism sector. UK VAT rules apply equally to accommodation bookings, whether made online or not.</p><p> </p><p>The government also announced a new Digital Services Tax at Budget 2018.
