<p>The Home Office collects and publishes statistics on the number of Harass-ment
offences reported to and recorded by the police in England and Wales. <br>This includes
offences relating to a “Breach of a restraining order”.</p><p>These statistics are
victim-based and data, for each year since 2013, can be found in police recorded crime
