Prosecutions for more serious and complex cases have risen, including a 5% increase in homicide, a 17% increase in fraud and forgery and a 28% increase in sexual offences cases. Employers should ensure, amongst other things, that toilets are kept clean and well maintained.</p><p> </p><p>The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 apply to most workplaces.
