answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/09/2018 answer text <p>The Domestic Gas &amp; Electricity (Tariff Cap) Act places a duty on Ofgem to set a temporary price cap on standard variable and default tariffs.</p><p> </p><p>On 6th September 2018, Ofgem published a statutory consultation, in which they propose a methodology for setting the cap level which takes account of supplier costs including for the wholesale cost of energy. However, the Department has provided grant funding to the Time to Change national mental health anti-stigma campaign since 2012.</p><p> </p><p>Time to Change works with people with experience of mental health problems to challenge stigma and to improve social attitudes towards mental health. The evaluation of Time to Change shows that over four million people to date have reported improved attitudes towards mental health as a result of the campaign.</p><p> </p><p>Time to Change also provides a platform for people with experience of mental health to discuss issues and concerns and this has included addiction problems and mental health. Working Group discussions include preparatory work on the potential of future trade agreements towards pursuing an independent trade policy once we have left the EU.</p><p>Last July, we launched four public consultations on prospective new agreements with the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as the UK’s potential membership of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.</p><p>As a priority, we are seeking continuity of all our existing EU trade agreements. We have had positive discussions with our trading partners towards achieving a smooth transition for businesses and consumers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/09/2018 answer text <p>An estimated distribution of the UK Armed Forces veteran population residing in Great Britain can be found in the 'Annual Population Survey: UK Armed Forces Veterans Residing in Great Britain', the latest edition of which (2016) is published at the following address:</p><p>https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/annual-population-survey-uk-armed-forces-veterans-residing-in-great-britain</p><p>As at 2016, there were an estimated 2.5 million UK Armed Forces veterans residing in households across Great Britain and 125,000 veterans living in households in the North East region of England.</p><p>The total number of veterans in Easington constituency is not held. However, information is held by constituency on the cohort of veterans awarded compensation under the War Pension Scheme (WPS) and the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS).
