answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/05/2018 answer text <p>DFID works with the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to support up to 1 million Gazans by providing clean water and rehabilitating sanitation facilities. DFID is also developing a new economic development programme which will help to address the lack of safe water in the Occupied Palestinian Territories through a range of activities, including by: enhancing the domestic desalination capacity; increasing capacity to import more water; and reforms and institutional capacity building to Palestinian water agencies.
