My officials are in regular discussions with Capita’s leadership who have assured
us that it remains committed to delivering its public sector contracts.</p><p>Responsibility
for monitoring service delivery sits within individual contracting authorities. For
strategic suppliers, departments work with the Crown Representatives and Strategic
Partnering Managers to identify and implement improvement opportunities.</p>
