<p>As of 25 April 2018, there were 1,394 IMB members in post and 691 vacancies. The quorum for each Board meeting should be no fewer than three, as set out in Prison Rule 1999 76(2), Young Offender Institution Rule 2000 80(2) and Detention Centre Rule 2001 60(2).</p>
