answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/04/2018 answer text <p>The agreement we have reached on citizens’ rights will mean that all UK nationals resident in the EU before the end of the implementation period will be able to continue living their lives broadly as now. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/04/2018 answer text <p>During the implementation period, the UK will no longer be a Member State of the European Union.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>In order to ensure a smooth transition and to give governments, businesses and citizens on both sides the time they need to prepare for our new relationship, we have agreed that common rules will remain in place during the implementation period.
