Once the negotiations have concluded, the Government has committed to give Parliament a vote on the final deal. When the time comes for the vote to be held, the Government will put the appropriate analysis before both Houses to ensure that they are appropriately informed. In addition to this, as outlined in the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010, any treaty laid before Parliament must be accompanied by an explanatory memorandum.
