answer text <p>The House Service currently has 14 works contracts worth more than £500,000. None of the contracts let by the House Service are PFI projects. PFIs are not suitable to fund the sort of capital investments the House engages in. Accordingly the House has no formal policy on PFIs.</p><table><tbody><tr><td><p><strong>Contract Reference</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>Title</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td><p>COM1115</p></td><td><p>New Palace Yard Underground Car Park Refurbishment</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>FWK1085-LSC2222</p></td><td><p>External Courtyard Conservation Phase One</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2101</p></td><td><p>Cast Iron Roofs Repair and Refurbishment Phase 2 – Palace of Westminster</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2149</p></td><td><p>Medium Term Mechanical &amp; Electrical Project 3C New Substation Fit Out</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2157</p></td><td><p>Fire Safety Improvement Works Palace of Westminster Basement Project</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2189</p></td><td><p>Fire Safety Improvement Works Portcullis House Atrium Roof Vents</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2203B</p></td><td><p>Refurbishment of Elizabeth Tower – Main Contract</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2208</p></td><td><p>Fire Safety Improvement Works Palace of Westminster Compartmentation</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2209</p></td><td><p>1 Canon Row Refurbishment</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2209A</p></td><td><p>1 Canon Row Refurbishment (PSC Delivery Agreement)</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2209C</p></td><td><p>Canon Row Enabling Works Part 1 – Main Works</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2226A</p></td><td><p>Palace of Westminster Life Safety Works-MOA</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2230</p></td><td><p>Westminster Hall Phase 3 (Internal Roof, Lantern and Lighting Installation, and Fire Safety)</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>LSC2239A</p></td><td><p>Estate Wide Electrical Infrastructure &amp; Resilience – Stage 2</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p> </p><p> </p>
