answer text <p>The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority does not collect information on the fertility drugs and dosages used in the treatment of women.</p><p> </p><p>The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) continuously monitors the safety of all medicines on the United Kingdom market and takes regulatory action as necessary when safety issues are identified.</p><p> </p><p>The Yellow Card Scheme is the UK system for collecting and monitoring information on suspected adverse drug reactions (ADRs) experienced post marketing. The scheme is run by the MHRA on behalf of the Commission on Human Medicines and it relies on the voluntary reporting of suspected ADRs by health professionals and patients. There is also a legal obligation for pharmaceutical companies to report serious side effects for their products. The scheme collects reports of suspected ADRs from across the whole UK and includes all medicines.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Preventing Maternal Deaths programme aims to increase access to family planning services, give women and girls more control over their lives, and reduce maternal deaths from unsafe abortion. Where national policies on abortion contribute to high levels of maternal death, our programme implementing partners may seek to raise awareness of these issues and support local efforts to achieve reform aimed at saving maternal lives.
