Data on the number of correspondence to the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), which was responded to within 20 days is published quarterly as part of UKVI transparency data. <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/customer-service-operations-data-august-2017" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/customer-service-operations-data-august-2017</a> UKVI does not publish data in the 10 day and 30 day format requested.
