Information on the number of claimant requests for recording Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) assessments is not available. All requests for an ESA assessment to be recorded are handled and delivered by the Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA). Information on the number of claimant requests for recording Personal Independence Payment assessments is not available. Claimant requests to record the consultation are permissible so long as they fulfill the conditions set out by the Department.
