answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2017 answer text <p>The Fundraising Regulator has said that it is on track to raise at least £1.8m from its voluntary levy for the year September 2016 to August 2017. Almost all of the largest fundraising charities have paid the levy. Some smaller fundraising charities have yet to respond and a few have refused to pay. The Fundraising Regulator is continuing to chase these charities. Through our ongoing dialogue across the sector, we know that small charities want more support to fundraise effectively through better use of digital technology.</p><p>In recognition of this, the Office for Civil Society in England are providing a multi-year programme of fundraising training and support. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2017 answer text <p>The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports is committed to ensuring the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is adequately resourced to fulfil its current functions under the Data Protection Act 1998 and its new responsibilities under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which includes guidance and support to businesses. The Government has recently introduced new charging provisions in the Digital Economy Act 2017 to ensure the ICO it is adequately resourced both during the transitional period and once the GDPR comes into effect in May 2018. The ICO has issued guidance for businesses on how to prepare for the GDPR. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2017 answer text <p>Whether a person has “internet access” can be measured in different ways, for example whether their household has a fixed broadband connection, or whether they own a smartphone. However, I am not aware of any estimates of the proportion of people who have internet access by age group in each parliamentary constituency.</p><p>Ofcom’s “Adults' media use and attitudes” reports also set out estimates of different types of “internet access”, including by age, and geographical location, but not at constituency level.</p><p> </p><p>Fixed broadband infrastructure is almost universally available across the UK, and we are bringing in a Universal Service Obligation to ensure everyone in the UK has the right to request an affordable connection to broadband of a minimum specified speed, from a designated provider, no matter where they live or work, up to a reasonable cost threshold.</p> answering member constituency West Suffolk answering member printed Matt Hancock question first answered 11/07/2017 12:03:10 answering member 4070 label Biography information for Matt Hancock

It provides practical support in arranging and hosting UNESCO missions, and works closely with those UK World Heritage Sites that have specific issues and challenges, particularly around development activity. It submits documents and notifications on the UK World Heritage Sites at the request of the World Heritage Centre and Committee.
