answer text <p>Network Rail (NR) plan to deliver a significant amount of maintenance and renewal work by 2019 the detail of which is a matter for NR and is overseen by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR). NR’s Strategic Business Plan for Control Period 5 set out their plans for the period 2014 – 2019. Progress against these plans was last published in the NR Delivery Plan dated August 2016 and by the ORR in its latest Network Rail Monitor document dated November 2016.</p> more like this
