In 2014/15, home ownership stood at 64%. The Department does not provide a breakdown of the rates of home ownership by regions or constituencies. The Survey is available through the following link:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/english-housing-survey-2014-to-2015-headline-report" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/english-housing-survey-2014-to-2015-headline-report</a></p><p>Since 2010, over 362,000 households have been helped to purchase a home through Government backed schemes including Help to Buy and Right to Buy. But we have not been building enough homes as a country for decades. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/01/2017 answer text <p>Fire and Rescue Authorities (FRAs) have delivered significant savings over the past five years. Fire-related fatality numbers and incidents can fluctuate between years, and despite a small increase in 2015/16, over the past 10 years there has been a 22 per cent decrease in the number of fire-related fatalities and a 52 per cent decrease in the total number of reported fires.</p><p> </p><p>Since 2009/10 single-purpose fire and rescue authorities’ non-ringfenced reserves rose by 153% to £602 million.
