High quality personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) teaching has an important role to play in providing young people with a curriculum for life, which equips them with the skills and understanding they need to manage their lives, succeed and stay safe. We have made it clear in the introduction to the framework of the national curriculum that all schools should teach PSHE.</p><p>We have committed to improving the quality of PSHE and intend to make significant progress on this issue during this Parliament. Our collaboration in these areas includes an operational capacity-building programme, established in 2005, and incorporates training delivered through the Jakarta Centre for Law Enforcement Cooperation. A bilateral Memorandum of Understanding on police cooperation was signed during the Prime Minister, my right hon Friend the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron) visit to Jakarta in July. NHS England has published two CF service specifications, one for adults and one for children, recognising that, whilst similar, adults and children with CF do have differing needs and that it is important that the service provided should reflect this. They ensure equity of access to a nationally consistent, high quality service for patients.</p><br /><p>Specialist centres are responsible for providing the care plan for all patients. This includes the responsibility for determining when high cost CF drugs should be prescribed.
