answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/09/2015 answer text <p /> <p>Under the proposed Compliance and Enforcement Services contract, all National Compliance and Enforcement Services staff within scope will be transferred to the new provider under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (“the TUPE Regulations”).</p><p> </p><p>Current terms and conditions of employment will also be transferred under the TUPE Regulations.
