answer text <p>The EU-US Free Trade Agreement is expected to be a mixed agreement to which the UK will individually be a party. In that case before it can come fully into force, it will be subject to agreement by each Member State. In the UK this does not require legislation, instead Parliament will receive the complete draft text of the agreement and can scrutinise it through debates in both Houses. We will not know for certain whether any implementing legislation will be necessary until the agreement is closer to completion.</p><p> </p> more like this
