of each case. The help offered may include:</p><p>> Issuing replacement emergency
travel documents.<br>> Providing information about transferring funds.<br>>
Providing appropriate help for victims of crime and those who are ill or in hospital.<br>>
Providing details of local lawyers, interpreters, doctors and funeral directors.<br>>
Contacting family or friends.<br>> Making special arrangements in cases of terrorism,
