answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/02/2015 answer text <p>Under the Offender Learning and Skills Service (OLASS) arrangements, vocational and other courses at Level 3 are available to adults in prisons across England.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In addition to OLASS provision, higher education is also available.
