answer text <p>Under the Offender Learning and Skills Service (OLASS) arrangements, vocational and other courses at Level 3 are available to adults in prisons across England.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In addition to OLASS provision, higher education is also available. Most prisoners who study at that level do so via the Open University.</p><p> </p> more like this
