answer text <p>The Government’s 2014-15 Mandate set an objective for NHS England to ensure “everyone who needs it has timely access to evidence-based mental health services.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>People receiving long-term treatment for mental illness will have a care plan and regular reviews through the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
