<p /> <p>I have had no such discussions with the Association for Project Safety (APS). The Health and Safety Executive, however, has had extensive discussions with APS about proposals to revise the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 before, during and following its public consultation on these proposals earlier this year.</p>
