<p>The Government’s review of driving offences and penalties is ongoing. The review is due to be completed by the spring of 2015 with a view to informing the next government of potential legislative changes in the next Parliament. The timing of any publication of the review’s findings and recommendations will be considered once the review is completed.</p>
