answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>Through the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC), 179 countries have agreed to work together to reduce smoking rates, to prevent the uptake by children and to minimise the burden that tobacco use has on health.
