Friend to page 27 of the Government response to the European <br>Scrutiny Committee Report of 7 November 2013. <br>http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201314/cmselect/cmeuleg/978/978.pdf<br>The report includes numerous examples of people surrendered to the UK under an <br>EAW who would not have been extradited under the predecessor process.
