Data in these tables relate to the years ending June 2018 to June 2022 in England and Wales.</p><p>Figures on total compensation and amount paid, including Scotland and Northern Ireland, are held on HMCTS data systems and presented in <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1107287/ccsq_tables_apr_jun_2022.ods" target="_blank">Table A2 in Criminal Court Statistics Quarterly: June 2022 publication</a>.
