answer text <p>While this court case remains active it would not be right to speculate on next steps and potential courses of action. Although the judge ruled that there had not been proper consideration of the Government’s section 55 duties, the fees regulations were not in themselves quashed.</p><p>We are, though, committed to considering this issue and the judgment carefully and plan to do so with the diligence that is deserved.</p> more like this
